Can I visit the workshop or pick up my order?

You can visit our workshop by appointment, but there's no pickup option at checkout, so orders go out by post.

The workshop is in Euroa, in country Victoria, and isn't open to the public, so visits are by appointment only, from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Email us with the day you'd like to come and we'll find a time that suits.

If it's sizing help you're after, you don't need to make the trip. The size finder works out a size from your hound's chest and length, and if you're still unsure, email us the chest measurement and a side-on photo and we'll take a look.
