How much is shipping, and when is it free?

Standard shipping within Australia is free on orders over $150. Under that, the cost is worked out at checkout based on the weight of your order, and you can choose standard post or Express.

For overseas orders, the rate depends on where you are, and some countries have free or flat-rate shipping once you spend a certain amount. You'll find the details for your country on our shipping page, and checkout always shows the exact price before you pay.

If your order should have had free shipping and didn't, email us with your order number and we'll look into it.
