Returns & Exchange Policy
We do hope you luff your Hound-Tees goodies, but if for some reason you need to exchange or return your items, we’ll happily provide a refund on full priced items back to your original method of payment, or process an exchange for any other tee (subject to availability) provided the following conditions are met:
- Your return is initiated within 14 working days of receiving your order, unless faulty.
- Items are returned in their original condition, e.g. unwashed, unmarked.
- Prior to sending your item back, you’ve contacted our customer service team at email@example.com with your order number for return confirmation.
- Cost of postage will not be reimbursed/refunded.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Unfortunately, the following items are non-refundable: samples & seconds, sale items or lucky last tees – please be mindful of this when selecting your items.
As long as your item is in “as new “condition, and within 14 working days of receiving your order, Hound-Tees will accept and replace it with a Tee of your choice. Please do be mindful when making your purchase that exchange is subject to availability. Exchange is subject to our review of the condition of the returned item.
If your exchange order is of greater value than your returned item, we’ll email you with a request to complete payment for the balance of your order. If your exchange order is of lesser value than your returned item, a refund will be processed for the difference back to you via your original method of payment. If your replacement style is out of stock, we do apologise! We’ll process a refund and hopefully you can find something else from the collection that you luff.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
Eek, we’re sorry! Please detail the fault and send us photos by emailing our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS
We offer a repair service to extend the life of your Hound-Tees. Whilst this service is free – you will need to include a return post parcel at your own expense. But before sending anything to us, please shoot us email with a photo of your requested repair. Sometimes, try as we might to save your Hound-Tees, the damage may be too great to do so.
If you need an alteration or repairs, please contact our team at email@example.com to discuss.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return, exchange, alteration or repairs confirmation.
- For exchanges and returns, please include your proof of purchase in your item parcel.
- If it’s an exchange, alteration or repair, please include a return pre-paid post parcel so we can send your exchanged, altered or repaired Tee back out to you.
