Returns & Exchange Policy

We do hope you luff your Hound-Tees, but if for some reason you need to exchange your goodies, you’re welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned outside of this period may not be accepted (unless faulty).

We're a small business and we only make a limited number of each style, so we ask that you be mindful of this when you purchase, as we cannot guarantee availability of stock.

Return Conditions - Hound-Tees must be returned:

  • Within 14 days of receiving your items.
  • In the condition that they arrived in.
  • Unwashed and free from doggo glitter (fur or dander) both inside the garment and on the outside.


We have a few options available:

  • Full-priced items can be returned for an online credit (valid for 3 years), excluding shipping costs.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable, but are valid for up to 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers can be used on any item in our online store.

  • Items purchased during a fundraiser or promo can be returned to the same value at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs.

  • Discounted Sale items, including Lucky Lasts, Mystery Tees or Sample/Seconds are non-refundable.

  • Custom-fit items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you have correctly measured your dog to avoid any disappointment.

  • Exchanges can be made providing your items meet the return conditions. Please send us your tracking number and we'll reserve your requested items. This is subject to availability and the condition of your items upon their return to Hound-Tees. 

    Please note: if you don't include a pre-paid satchel for your items, we'll invoice you a flat-rate shipping fee that must be paid prior to dispatch. 

    If your exchange is of greater value than your returned item(s): you'll be required to pay the balance of your order prior to dispatch of your items.
    If your exchange is of lesser value than your returned item(s): a refund will be processed for the difference back to you via your original method of payment. 
    If your replacement style is out of stock: we’ll issue you an online credit and hopefully you can find something else from the collection that you luff.

  • Faulty Items: Eek, we're sorry. Whilst we pride ourselves on quality control for each garment, we are just hoomans who sometimes make mistakes. Email us straight away with a description and picture of the fault. 

Next Steps:

  1. Email us at with your invoice # number and your exchange or refund request.

  2. Refunds or Exchanges are not guaranteed and will be subject to review of the condition of the returned product.  

  3. Once we receive your item, we will notify you of your approval or rejection of your online credit. If approved, your online credit will be issued. If declined, we'll discuss next steps with you.

  4. Return shipping is at your own cost. We're not liable for parcels that get lost in transit back to us, but we do highly recommend using Express Post or parcels with tracking.
