What is The Hound Club loyalty program?
The Hound Club is our free loyalty and rewards programme for hounds and their humans. Create an account, earn Paw Points every time you shop and through a few extra actions, then swap those points for treats like money off, exclusive Hound Club merch and VIP perks.
How do I join The Hound Club?
Easy!
Click the Join Now button at the top of the page.
Sign in with Google or enter your email and receive a 6 digit code to your email.
Once you've accessed your account click 'Go To The Hound Hub'. From there you can view your balance, VIP tier, enter your birthday, complete actions to get Paw Points and see what you can redeem.
There is no sign up fee, no minimum spend and you start as a Playful Pup from your very first order.
How do I earn Paw Points?
You earn Paw Points in a few ways, including:
- You must be signed in to qualify for Paw Points
- Shopping on our website
- Creating an account
- Telling us your birthday
- Leaving a product review
- Following us on socials
- Taking part in selected campaigns and promos

What can I redeem my Paw Points for?
You can redeem Paw Points for:
- Money off coupons for future orders
- Exclusive Hound Club goodies like stickers, pins, dog tags, totes and hound and human tees
How do the VIP tiers work?
The Hound Club has four VIP tiers:
- Playful Pup 0 Paw Points
- Hound Member 500 Paw Points
- Top Dog 1,250 Paw Points
- Chief Snoot 2,500 Paw Points
As you earn Paw Points, you move up the tiers and unlock more perks. Higher tier can redeem more rewards (like totes, tees and sweaters), get earlier access to launches and sales and receive bigger birthday bonuses.
Do I have to pay shipping when I redeem a reward?
Yes. Shipping still applies when you redeem a free gift or coupon, unless your order qualifies for free shipping under our usual shipping rules.
Can I stack loyalty rewards with discounts?
In most cases you can stack your Hound Club rewards with other discounts. If there’s a sitewide promo or a very specific offer running, some discounts might not combine properly at checkout, but where the tech allows it, you’re welcome to stack your treats.
Can I earn Paw Points on past orders?
Paw Points are only earned on orders placed after The Hound Club launched and when you are signed in, so past orders won’t earn points.
If you’ve shopped with us before using the same email, we’ll still use your past order history to place you into the right VIP tier, so you get access to the perks and rewards you’ve already “earned” as a loyal hound.
Do my Paw Points expire?
Nope! Paw Points do not expire. Once you’ve earned them, they stay in your account waiting to be turned into treats whenever you’re ready.
