How do I return something, and where do I send it?

Post it to Hound Tees, PO Box 510, Euroa VIC 3666, Australia, within 14 days of receiving your order, unwashed, unworn and free of doggo glitter. Trying it on your hound is fine.

1. Email aroo@houndtees.com.au before you post it, so we can put any replacement aside.
2. Put a note in the parcel with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange, credit or refund. Sale items can't be refunded unless they're faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
3. For an exchange, add a prepaid satchel for sending the new item to you, or there's a $12 shipping charge.
4. Send it with tracking. Return postage is yours to cover, and we can't be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Overseas returns go to the same PO Box, and all returns come by post, as the workshop isn't open to the public. We'll sort it out once it lands, and refunds usually show within about 48 hours once processed. The full policy is on our returns page.
