Who pays the postage on a return or exchange?

You pay the postage to send it back to us, and the original shipping isn't refunded. We're a small business, and free returns aren't something we can make work.

For an exchange, pop a prepaid satchel in with your return, as that's what we use to send the new item back to you. Without one, we'll invoice a $12 shipping charge before the replacement goes out.

Please send your return with tracking, as we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way to us.

If the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing, email aroo@houndtees.com.au and the crew will sort it out.
