My exchange costs more (or less) than what I'm sending back. How does that work?

If the new item costs more, you pay the balance before we send it, and if it costs less, we refund the difference to your original payment method.

When you email aroo@houndtees.com.au about your exchange, tell us what you're swapping to so we can put it aside, and add the same details to the note inside your parcel.

If the item you're sending back was on sale, mention that in your email too, and we'll confirm how any difference is handled. Without a prepaid satchel for sending the new item to you, there's also a $12 shipping charge. The full steps are in how to exchange for another size.
