Sale items can be exchanged or swapped for credit, gifts can be exchanged by whoever received them, and anything past 14 days is looked at case by case.
Sale items can't be refunded unless they're faulty or we sent you the wrong thing, and Lucky Lasts, Mystery Tees and Samples/Seconds are non-refundable too. Custom-Fit and altered pieces are made or changed just for your hound, so they can't be returned or exchanged if you change your mind.
If you were given something as a gift, you can swap it yourself, and the person who bought it doesn't need to get involved.
