Yes, you can swap it for another size within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it comes back unwashed, unworn and free of doggo glitter. Trying it on your hound is absolutely fine.
- Email aroo@houndtees.com.au with your order number and the size you'd like, so we can put it aside for you.
- Pop a note in the parcel with your order number and the new size.
- Post it with tracking to Hound Tees, PO Box 510, Euroa VIC 3666, Australia. The return postage is yours to cover.
If you can, include a prepaid satchel, as that's what we use to send the new size back to you. Without one, we'll invoice a $12 shipping charge before it goes out.
