Yes, if we haven't packed it yet. Email us at aroo@houndtees.com.au as soon as you can with your order number, and we'll cancel it and refund you to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within about 48 hours.
You don't have to cancel the whole order. If you ordered two of something by mistake, or just want to drop one item, we can cancel that item and send the rest. If you'd rather have something different, we can swap it instead.
If your order has already been packed or posted, our usual returns process applies once it arrives.
