Can I swap an item on my order for a different one?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't been posted yet. Email us at aroo@houndtees.com.au with your order number, the item you'd like to swap and what you'd like instead, whether that's a different print, colour or style, and we'll change it over.

If the new item costs more, we'll email you an invoice for the difference before your order goes out. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method. If the item is part of a bundle, mention that in your email too.

Swapping to something made to order adds time, so allow 10 working days before it's posted, unless the listing shows set shipping dates. And if you'd rather drop an item than swap it, we can cancel just that item and send the rest.
