Can I have a refund instead of store credit?

Yes, if it's a full-priced item and it comes back unworn and in as-new condition within 14 days of receiving your order, we can refund it to your original payment method instead of giving you credit.

Put a note in the parcel with your order number saying you'd like a refund, and post it to Hound Tees, PO Box 510, Euroa VIC 3666, Australia. Refunds cover the item, not the original or return shipping, and usually show within about 48 hours of us processing them.

Sale items can be exchanged or swapped for credit, but they can't be refunded unless they're faulty or we sent you the wrong thing.

If you'd rather have credit, it doesn't expire, so there's no rush to spend it. It's attached to your email address: when you're ready to use it, sign in with that email and it will show up at checkout.
