Who can be nominated?


Sighthound, greyhound & lurcher rescue organisations, registered charities, shelters or sanctuaries that actively support sighthounds, anywhere in the world.

  • Actively supporting sighthounds or related breeds in need
  • Nominated with their city included

The fine print

  • Nominations are open from now until Sunday 2nd August 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.
  • Voting / community support runs from Wed 5 August 2026 until Monday 27 July 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.
  • Grant recipients will be announced on Tuesday 18 August 2026 via Hound-Tees social media & email.
  • Grants available: 2 x $2,000 AUD, 2 x $1,000 AUD and 2 x $600 AUD.
  • Rescue organisations may be based in Australia or internationally, provided they actively support sighthounds / greyhounds / lurchers or related breeds in need.
  • Nominations must be submitted via the official Dolly's Fund nomination page. One nomination / vote per person. Duplicate, spam or fraudulent entries may be removed.
  • Community nominations and visible support will be taken into consideration; however, final grant recipients will be selected by Dolly's Fund / Hound-Tees at its discretion, taking into account community support, rescue impact and demonstrated need.
  • Dolly's Fund reserves the right to verify nominated organisations, request further information, and determine eligibility.
  • Grant funds are intended to support rescue-related costs such as veterinary care, transport, rehabilitation, foster care, enrichment, desexing, adoption support or other essential welfare expenses.
  • Grants are awarded in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any currency conversion, bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.
  • If a selected organisation is unable to accept the grant, does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, Dolly's Fund reserves the right to select an alternative recipient.
  • By participating, nominees and supporters acknowledge that Dolly's Fund / Hound-Tees may share the names of nominated organisations and successful recipients across its marketing channels.
