I ordered the wrong size. Can you change it before it ships?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been posted yet. Email us at aroo@houndtees.com.au with your order number and the size you meant, and we'll swap it over at our end. The same goes for picking the wrong breed fit, like whippet instead of greyhound.

Orders go out quickly, so email as soon as you notice. If the size you need has sold out, we'll let you know and offer you something else, or take that item off your order and refund it. If there's a price difference either way, we'll sort that out too.

If you're not sure which size is right, the size finder on our size chart works it out from your hound's chest and length. And if your order is already on its way, you can exchange it for the right size once it arrives.
