I was sent the wrong item. What now?

Email aroo@houndtees.com.au with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we'll make it right. We're sorry for the mix-up.

That goes for a wrong size, colour, design or breed fit, and for a parcel that turns out to hold someone else's order.

Because the mistake was ours, you can have a refund instead if you'd prefer, even on a sale item. Just say so in your email and we'll reply with the next steps.
