🚚 DHL Express DDP - Temporary but Seamless

Right now Australia Post and USPS are still implementing their new systems to handle Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for parcels to the US. Until that’s live, they aren’t accepting US-bound shipments through the postal network.

To keep your orders moving, we’ve temporarily switched to DHL Express with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

That means:

✅ No duties, tariffs or fees to pay when your parcel arrives at your door

✅ Everything is handled upfront by us

✅ A smooth, reliable delivery to your door

💸 What This Means for You

We want to be transparent: DHL is more expensive than postal shipping. It’s the only option available while the postal systems catch up with the new rules.

Shipping Rates with DHL:

Up to 500g: USD 34
501g–1kg: USD 40

The good news? With DDP, you won’t pay anything extra on arrival, no surprise import fees, no handling charges.

🕐 Looking Ahead

As soon as Australia Post and USPS finish their upgrades, we’ll move back to the postal network with DDP enabled. That will mean the same seamless duty-paid experience at a lower cost.

We’re monitoring this closely and will update you the moment it’s ready.
