Just like greyhounds, no two Frankie-Tees are alike. These special tees are made from Hound-Tees off-cuts using the Frankie philosophy: no hound or fabric scrap left behind. Named after a very special foster hound rescued by Gumtree Greys, Frankie celebrates second chances, thoughtful making, and one-of-a-kind style.

Each Frankie-Tee is made from rescued fabric off-cuts, so every one is unique and may differ from the colours shown. We’ll always do our best to accommodate colour preferences, but specific colours may not always be available. If you don’t love a surprise, this tee may not be for you.

How to Measure:

Chest

Measure your hound around their chest under the front legs. Do this snugly as this is a fitted garment and will stretch to fit your hound neatly.

Length

Measure length from the crook of their neck with their head raised to the start of the tail. Imagine there is an invisible line at their backside and measure to that point.

Tees are made in stretch fabrics so they fit snug. Sweater styles are designed to be a looser fit for layering.

Fitting Tips

Fit based on your doggos chest measurement. If your doggo is bordering on two sizes, size up.

Please note: Sweaters are approximately 2 in / 5 cm larger in the chest. Fleece and sweater styles are designed to be worn looser or over a cotton spandex tee.

Warmth Factor 1: Sleeveless Tees
A light, breathable layer for slight chills or sun protection. Perfect for hounds who dislike sleeves or for wearing under other gear.

Warmth Factor 2: Long Sleeve Tees
Offers more coverage for cooler days. A lightweight and cosy choice for lounging or casual walks.

Warmth Factor 3: Tweaters
The perfect in-between layer for transitioning seasons, made from midweight French terry cotton.

Warmth Factor 2.5 - 4: Long Johns
Full-body coverage for colder weather and overnight sleeping. Warmth varies as they're made from tee, tweater, or sweater fabric.

Warmth Factor 4: Sweaters
A cosy outer layer for cold days and outdoor adventures. Designed to fit perfectly over any other Hound-Tees style.

Warmth Factor 5: Winter Weight
Our warmest option. Heavyweight 340g fabric provides the ultimate defence against the cold.

Love the Frankie jester!

We've got two, one for each of our pharaoh hounds. The stretchy and soft material is warm and fits perfectly. We get so many compliments on every walk!

Sun shirt

Protects my boys bald bits. He carried on about putting his feet in the leg holes so I did a bit of alteration. Maybe something to consider for another fantastic product?

So unbearably cute...

...it hurts the eyes. This sweater (size: Whippet L) is a great fit on our 17 kg galgo. Now the only problem is we can't look at her without screaming for joy.
