Can I add something to my order so I don't pay postage twice?

Yes, if your order hasn't been posted yet. Email us at aroo@houndtees.com.au with your order number and what you'd like to add, and we'll send you an invoice for the extra item. You won't pay shipping a second time.

The same goes for an alteration you forgot to add, like a skivvy neck or cardigan snaps. The set prices are on the add-on listings in our alterations collection. Alterations take 10 working days, so allow for that before your order is posted.

If you've already placed two separate orders, email us both order numbers. We can usually pack them into one parcel and refund the extra postage.
