Terms and Conditions

‘You Better Werk - Win 2x Tradee Sweatshirts with custom personalisation' (Promotion) is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Promoters

The Promoters are Hound-Tees are located in Melbourne (The Fabric Hound / Hound-Tees ABN 34 626 782 438 ).

2. Terms and conditions of entry

3. Who can enter

3.1 The Promotion is governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. Entries are open to anyone worldwide. Employees of Hound-Tees, their relatives and members of their households (whom may be unrelated) are not eligible to enter. Any eligible entrant who, in the opinion of Hound-Tees tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process will be ineligible to win.
3.2 Entrants under 18 years of age must obtain the prior permission of their parent or legal guardian in order to be able to enter. The Promoters may require any such entrant’s parent or legal guardian to sign a release at the Promoter’s discretion in which the parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the winner. The release will include the parent or legal guardian’s full name, address and telephone number.

4. How to enter

To enter, participants must complete the form here. The Promoters accept no liability for any applications that failed to successfully process due to technical difficulties associated with the entry mechanism, Illegible and/or incomplete applications will not be accepted. 

5. Judging Criteria

Two (2) winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will be performed via an impartial online random draw generator from a personal work from a residential location on the afternoon of Thursday 28th July, 2022 AEST Melbourne, Australia. 

6. Dates of promotion

The promotion commences on Friday 22nd July, 2022 at 08:00 am and concludes on Thursday 28th July, 2022 at 5pm AEST (“Promotional Period”). Any entries received after the close date will not be considered. The winner will be announced on Friday 29th July, 2022 via the Houndtees Meta accounts. The giveaway is in no way affiliated by Meta's Facebook or Instagram platforms.

7. Promotion winnings

7.1 Two (2) prizes will be awarded to two (2) winners at the conclusion of the promotion period.

•  2x Tradee Collection Sweatshirt (your choice of the Chippee (orange), the Sparkee (yellow), the Truckee (green) or the Brickee (red) in Greyhound Fit sizing
• Individual personalisation of the above mentioned Hound-Tees Sweatshirts

7.2. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
7.3 If the Prize is not claimed by 5.00 pm AEST one week from the date the individual winner is notified (6.1), the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws starting the following day at 12.00 pm AEST at the same location as the original judging as are necessary to distribute the prizes. In this event, no compensation will be given by The Promoters to the original winner. If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 5.00 pm AEST one week from the redraw the prize will be forfeited.

8. Eligible entries

8.1 Entries are open to all participants worldwide during the time of the promotion period. By submitting an entry, the applicant warrants that it has the power and capacity to agree to these terms and conditions of entry. The applicant agrees that where necessary, it has taken the opportunity to have independent advice in accepting the terms and conditions of entry into the Promotion.
7.2 Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, incomprehensible or entries that do not meet the entry requirements will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected applications.
7.3 The Promoters reserve the right to validate and check the authenticity of any application before awarding the prize.
7.4 Prizes will be shipped to the winner via Australia Post (Australian residents) or DHL Express (international residents), but may also be available via local pick up, and/or drop off may also be arranged.

9. Personal information

All entries become the property of the Promoters. The Promoters collect personal information in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies. The Promoters’ Privacy Statement can be found at houndtees.com.au/policies/privacy-policy To facilitate your participation, the Promoters may disclose your personal information to other companies associated with this promotion. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoters will not be able to enter you into this promotion.
By subscribing to our giveaway mailing list, you've confirmed that you understand that the information you've shared will mean that you will receive the occasional promotional email from Hound-Tees in the future, unless you unsubscribe.

10. Promoters rights reserved

10.1 The Promoters’ decision in relation to any aspects of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.2 The Promoters and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for funding lost or corrupted once funding transferred is complete.
10.3 The Promoters reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoters have reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoters’ legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
10.4 If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoters reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Individual who tampers with the application process.
10.5 In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoters may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.

11. General

11.1 The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  The Promoters are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
11.2 The Promoters are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of applications.
